What is Ideal Fitness?
Ideal Fitness is a premium fitness apparel brand based in Reims, France, specializing in stylish, high-performance gym wear. We offer a range of activewear designed to keep you comfortable, supported, and motivated as you pursue your fitness goals.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship exclusively to the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future, so stay tuned!
How long does delivery take?
We offer Express International Shipping (FREE), with delivery times ranging from 1 to 3 business days after your order is shipped. Please note that delivery times are based on working days (Monday to Friday).
What are your business hours?
We operate from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (CET), Monday through Friday. If you have any questions outside of these hours, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all purchases. Returns must be made in unused and original condition with all tags attached.
Free return shipping is provided.
No restocking fees.

How long does it take to process my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Do you offer gift cards?
Currently, we do not offer gift cards. However, this is something we are considering for the future, so keep an eye out for updates!
Can I change the size of my item before it’s shipped?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
We take pride in the quality of our products, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
